On WhatsApp — it's the direct channel with Murillo. Send a message with the tour you want, the date and number of people. He checks availability, confirms tide (when needed) and gives you payment instructions. Simple as that, no form, no middlemen.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit cards. Installments are possible, but the fee is on the customer — number of installments and platform are confirmed at the time of payment. Any doubts, just ask on WhatsApp before booking.

Do children pay? Is there a discount for children?

Children under 5 don't pay. 5 to 11 years old: 20% discount off the adult rate. From 12 years old: adult rate. ATV tours have a minimum age of 7 — confirm on WhatsApp before booking.

What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

Light rain doesn't cancel — João Pessoa has fast-changing weather and the tour goes on normally. If there's heavy rain or bad sea conditions, the tour doesn't run. In that case, you get notice at least 2 hours in advance and can reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't possible: 100% refund.

The tide table is the Brazilian Navy's official calendar showing low and high tide times every day. Natural-pool tours (Seixas, Picãozinho, Areia Vermelha) depend on low tide to work. Before confirming your booking, Murillo checks if the day has suitable tide conditions — you never book without that confirmation.

Are the tours safe? Are there life vests?
